• Information you give us through our website chat widget: your name, phone number and the content of your message. Providing a phone number in the chat widget is how you opt in to receive SMS from us.
• Information you give us directly: anything you send us by email, phone or during a call or consultation.
• Technical information: our hosting provider and the third-party services listed below may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

We do not run advertising or analytics tracking pixels on this website, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and tell you whether your region is available.
• To contact you about our services by phone, SMS or email where you have asked us to or consented.
• To provide, manage and improve our services if you become a client.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy or sell leads or contact lists.

SMS and marketing messages

If you provide your phone number through our chat widget and consent to be contacted, we may send you SMS messages about your enquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages that are necessary to deliver a service you have asked for.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform their function for us:

• HighLevel (GoHighLevel): our customer relationship management and messaging platform, which stores enquiries and powers our chat widget, SMS and email.
• Netlify: website hosting.
• Google Fonts and unpkg: content delivery networks that serve fonts and website code.

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. By providing your information you consent to this transfer. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above or as required by law.

Cookies

Our website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The chat widget provided by HighLevel may set cookies or use local storage so it can remember your conversation. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the chat widget may stop working if you do.
